Once again, I (Maureen) see a Great Flame that I have come to know as the Heart of God the Father. He says: “I am the Father of all Creation. Just as I regulate the passage of the clouds before the sun, I have dominion over every soul and all of nature, from the smallest insect to the highest mountain. Free will or lack of belief in My Dominion does not alter this.”

“Then, you should realize that My Commandments are the laws governing all humanity – not just those who believe in them. No soul is exempt from My Rule. You could compare this to the passage of time, which does not stop for anyone. Ultimately, each one is responsible for the way he uses the gift of time. Some use it wisely. Others allow time to manage them. These are the ones who are always late and do not respond to correction. My Commandments cannot change because they are inconvenient for some. They are always present, as My Will. It takes presence of mind to be on time. If someone can be consistently late, he can also be consistently on time. If a soul disobeys My Commandments, he can also make the effort to obey them and respond to My Commandments.”
