Blessed Mother comes appearing much like She does over the arbor. She says: “Praise be to Jesus.”

“Please understand, My daughter, that because one sees Me and another does not, there is no distinction in My Heart as to worthiness. Indeed, no one is worthy. It is God's Will that determines where and what grace is given to each soul. In this we must give praise to Jesus–the Source of all grace.”
