Our Lady is here in white with a gold crown on Her Head. She says: “Peace be with you. I come so that souls will be reconciled to God. Let us give praise to Jesus. My children, so that you will make known the Refuge of My Heart as the Gateway to the New Jerusalem, Jesus is allowing the site of My prayer center to be a refuge of peace in the world, where souls will find conversion and answer My call to holiness. It will be as though My Immaculate Heart will already be victorious at this site. My victory will be in every heart that converts. (NOTE – This will be a spiritual refuge and not a physical refuge). Do not imagine that the cross is not a part of My victory. For in the present, the cross is a very real means of salvation and victory both in the ministry and in your lives. Indeed, it is by your cooperation with grace through prayer and sacrifice, we will be victorious. I want to give you this victory, My dear children. See that your response to My call to Holy Love is already My victory in you.”
