St. Thomas Aquinas

St. Thomas Aquinas says: “Praise be to Jesus.”

“I have come to describe to you the beauty of living in God's Will. Consider that all the virtues are likened to flowers. The stems, of course, are Holy Love; the vase, which contains all the flowers, is the Eternal Father's Will.”

“Consider the very air that you breathe. In its purest form it sustains life. The Father's Will sustains spiritual life. If the air you breathe becomes polluted, it begins to harm your physical well-being. It is the same with the Father's Divine Will. When the soul rejects God's Will through sin, his spiritual well-being is compromised.”

“Or we could liken the Father's Divine Will to the cover of a book. When the cover is opened, the soul can partake of the contents. When the soul is open to the Divine Will, he is privy to all the graces he needs in the present moment.”
