From Jesus and Angels
While at Mass, just before communion, many angels (about 10) appeared in front of me. They said, “Prepare, because you are about to receive the Lord Jesus.” I asked, “What do you want me to do?” They then said, “Make an Act of Contrition.” So I did. And then when I received Jesus in Communion, He said: “Thank you, for so many receive Me as though I am a symbol.” The next day (March 7, 1995), Jesus told me to pray this Act of Contrition before every Communion.
