Spiritual leaders fail when they support what is popular and do not point out the Light of Truth.”

“It is not meritorious in God's Eyes to gain many followers and much world support on behalf of error, while failing in responsibility to defend the Truth. I call you to be united in the Truth, yet, I tell you, as long as there is evil in hearts, Truth will divide.”

Pastoral Charge of Spiritual Leaders – to defend the Truth by pointing to godliness and denouncing uncleanness (sin).

Paul, a servant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to further the faith of God's elect and their knowledge of the Truth which accords with godliness, in hope of eternal life which God, Who never lies, promised ages ago. …To the pure all things are pure, but to the corrupt and unbelieving nothing is pure; their very minds and consciences are corrupted. They profess to know God, but they deny Him by their deeds; they are detestable, disobedient, unfit for any good deed. But as for you, teach what befits sound doctrine.
