“The peaceful heart is in union with Me through prayer. The heart which opens to every distraction cannot fly unto Me, but is confused in the way I call him. The path between the distracted heart and Mine is strewn with obstacles and snares of Satan. The evil one does not want peace in hearts or in the world. He promotes fear, lack of trust and the compromise of Truth. He inspires authority to oppose good. He disguises evil as good.”

“The future of the world rests upon man's ability to distinguish good from evil. This cannot be accomplished through confusion, but only through the recognition and acceptance of Truth. The heart must be at peace for Truth to triumph.”

Synopsis: Pray for all leaders in high positions of authority that they lead a godly, respectful life conformed to integrity and Truth.

First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all men, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life, godly and respectful in every way. This is good, and it is acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the Truth.
