Our Lady comes in blue. She has a brilliant white light coming from Her Heart and hands. She interrupts My Rosary saying: “Those most in need of mercy are those who do not love. My daughter, give praise to Jesus that He sends Me to you once again. Please open your heart to the understanding that each time I come to you or any other seer, it is to restore man's love for God and for his neighbor. Each one of My apparitions brings with it the underlying message of Holy Love. If you are persecuted or rejected in the world, it is a sign of frailty in hearts that do not embrace Holy Love completely.”

“But do not fear being put to the test. It is then I am embracing you in My Immaculate Heart. Herein lies every answer and every proof of My coming to you. The ones who do not come to My Spring are not looking closely at My messages, but listening to human hearts which have given way to error. Pray that error is taken from hearts.”

“Once again, I tell you that self love stands in the way of Holy Love. It fills the heart with self and I cannot fit My Holy Love into such a one. This is why I say, Holy Love is a choice of free will. When this choice is made, the soul must make a conscious effort to remove self and put God and neighbor in his heart.”
