“I have come to speak to you about good leadership versus poor leadership. There is both good and poor leadership in the world today in families, institutions, governments and Church circles. The main quality of a good leader is respect for those who follow him. He respects their opinions – giving them careful consideration and welcomes the input of those around him. He is never resentful of those who share different points of view. He does not, in his heart, place himself above anyone. He treats everyone equally, with the same patience, understanding and respect. He does not bear grudges against anyone.”

“If a leader follows these guidelines, his followers will respect him and want to please him. Through this mutual respect much can be accomplished in a short time.”
